Welcome to the ND Primary Care Fall Conference.  This will include the annual business meeting of the NDAFP, a meeting of the NDAAP, and a special invitation to NDSOG members. This will be an excellent opportunity for all physicians to combine quality CME with networking with fellow physicians from around the state.
